We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us to request a return. Items that have been custom-created for you (i.e. with a particular name or text) cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at hello@sparktitude.com with details of the issue. We’ll be in touch with further details on where to send the package back. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure you get proof of posting for security.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we are able to get this sorted for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please just make a note on the new order to let us know it’s an exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to update you. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply.
